The Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS)

The Denison Organizational Culture Survey, uses the Denison Model to link your organization’s culture to bottom-line results. It provides a measure of the organization's progress toward achieving a high-performance culture and optimum results. The DOCS and related reports are written in the language of business, making them powerful and user-friendly tools.

The DOCS is a 60-item survey developed by Daniel R. Denison and William S. Neale, M.A., M.I.L.R. that measures the specific aspects of an organization's culture based on the four traits and twelve management practices of the Denison Model. Individual surveys are collectively tabulated into a graphical profile that compares the organization's culture to global normative database of over888 higher and lower-performing organizations.

Dennison has found an important link between four critical culture traits Mission, Consistency, Involvement and Adaptability and how they can have a significant impact on organizational performance.
